Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance for manufactured goods.
• Oversee inventory management of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to ensure optimal stock levels and production support.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to secure cost-effective and reliable transportation services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and sales teams to align logistics activities with manufacturing schedules and customer demand.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, freight optimization, and international shipping regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive process improvements, and implement lean logistics strategies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience implementing or optimizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
