Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM).
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate waste (muda) in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard work procedures and visual management systems.
• Train and mentor manufacturing teams on Lean principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping exercises to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the manufacturing facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban) to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Minitab).
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, automation, digital twins) in a manufacturing setting.
• Formal certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience extending Lean principles to supply chain optimization or logistics.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global operations.
