Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Process payroll, maintain employee records, and assist with HR administrative tasks.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and support month-end closing procedures.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor management for administrative services.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and coordinate office facilities maintenance.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial, HR, and operational documents.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience with full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Direct experience in a manufacturing environment, understanding inventory and cost accounting principles.
  • Strong administrative management and organizational skills, including vendor relations and office operations.
  • Experience with payroll processing and basic HR support functions.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Prior experience with basic HR support functions, such as onboarding or benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with inventory management processes and reconciliation.
  • Understanding of cost accounting principles relevant to manufacturing operations.
