Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure daily production targets for assembled products are met or exceeded while maintaining high quality standards.
• Monitor assembly processes for efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and addressing hazards.
• Oversee quality control procedures for assembled products, addressing and resolving non-conformances and defects.
• Coordinate the allocation of personnel, materials, and equipment to optimize assembly line productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and material discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, communicating progress and challenges to management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing assembly environment.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards (e.g., Lean, 5S), and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
• Ability to interpret and work with CAD models and technical drawings
