Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance for product integration and optimization within manufacturing environments.
• Analyze customer manufacturing processes and requirements to recommend optimal hardware and software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept tests, and provide technical training to customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application-specific issues to ensure seamless production line operation.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and R&D teams to translate customer needs into product enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and best practices for manufacturing applications.
• Assist with the commissioning, calibration, and validation of new equipment and applications on factory floors.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical) or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, applications engineering, or technical sales support role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and relevant engineering design/simulation tools.
• Excellent technical communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced simulation or modeling software (e.g., FEA, CFD, process simulation)
• Experience with specific industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Multilingual proficiency, especially in languages relevant to international markets
