Salary Range: $48,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices, matching to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices for manufactured goods and services.
• Accurately process and apply customer payments to open receivables.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently.
• Conduct collections activities for past-due customer accounts to ensure timely cash flow.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and maintain accurate vendor master data.
• Assist with month-end close procedures, including AP/AR accruals and reconciliations.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for financial transaction processing.
• Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and AP/AR best practices.
• Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial data entry and reconciliation.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective vendor and customer relations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements in AP/AR workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data analysis.
• Experience with automated invoice processing or AP/AR software solutions.
