Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of fabrication technicians.
• Oversee the daily planning, execution, and completion of fabrication projects.
• Ensure all fabricated components meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Manage production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices in the fabrication area.
• Train and mentor team members on fabrication techniques and equipment operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fabrication processes, equipment, and materials.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficient in various fabrication techniques (e.g., welding, cutting, forming) and material properties.
• Proven experience leading or supervising a team in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and specifications.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards, safety protocols, and continuous improvement methodologies.
