Salary Range: $96,000 - $143,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost, and service levels.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent stockouts.
• Direct logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand forecasts with production capabilities and material supply.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance using key metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience participating in or leading an ERP system implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• International sourcing or global logistics experience
