Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract skilled trades, engineering, and production talent.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and workplace environments.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, skilled trades, or engineering disciplines.
• Experience recruiting for roles in unionized or highly regulated environments.
• Proficiency in a second language common in the local manufacturing workforce (e.g., Spanish).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
