Salary Range: $44,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Document inspection and test results, maintaining accurate quality records.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating appropriate actions.
- Operate and maintain various inspection and measurement equipment, ensuring proper calibration.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the quality management system (QMS) through audits and process improvements.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality discrepancies.
Recommended Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; technical certification or Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality control or assurance role.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and interpreting technical drawings/blueprints.
- Solid understanding of quality inspection methods, basic statistical process control (SPC), and non-conformance procedures.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and accurate documentation skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
- Experience with CMM operation or programming
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab)
- Internal auditing experience (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Calibration experience for measurement equipment
