Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Oversee all quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive action (CAPA) processes for non-conformances.
• Manage supplier quality performance through audits, evaluations, and continuous monitoring.
• Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Ensure product and process compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage, train, and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teams.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC)
• Demonstrated leadership ability in building and managing high-performing quality teams
• Experience with root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and FMEA

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong background in supplier quality management and development.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with advanced Quality Management System (QMS) software implementation or administration.
