Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
• Design and implement quality control plans, inspection methods, and statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to integrate quality requirements into new product development and manufacturing processes.
• Manage supplier quality performance through audits, qualification, and ongoing monitoring.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, 8D problem solving).
• Strong understanding and practical application of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods for process control, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision making.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or internal auditing
• Familiarity with CAD software for design review and GD&T interpretation
