Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
- Perform statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the Non-Conforming Material (NCM) process, including disposition and Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Support new product introduction (NPI) through APQP, PPAP, and FMEA activities.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and enhance manufacturing processes.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, Control Plans).
- Strong understanding and application of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
- Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods for process control and improvement.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Experience with ISO 13485, AS9100, or IATF 16949 standards
- Demonstrated experience leading Kaizen events or continuous improvement projects
