Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and supply chain.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to manufacturing processes, quality, and timelines.
• Ensure projects adhere to manufacturing quality standards, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) in a manufacturing context
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a production or R&D manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and risks for manufacturing-related initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude for manufacturing equipment and processes

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or advanced ERP modules (e.g., SAP PP/QM)
• Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., robotics, PLC systems)
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for facility or product design review
