Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) across functional departments.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes within the manufacturing environment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, quality control, and production planning.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Expertise in risk management, budget control, and scheduling for manufacturing projects.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor)
• Experience with CAD/CAM software or industrial automation technologies
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
