Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) across functional departments.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes within the manufacturing environment.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all stakeholders.
Recommended Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, quality control, and production planning.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Expertise in risk management, budget control, and scheduling for manufacturing projects.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor)
- Experience with CAD/CAM software or industrial automation technologies
- Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
