Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and schedules.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, including performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Ensure strict adherence to product quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor production data and metrics to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and planning departments to resolve production issues.
• Prepare and present regular production reports on output, quality, and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination and reporting.
