Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans and policies.
• Source, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with qualified suppliers.

• Oversee the procurement of raw materials, components, and MRO supplies.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure production continuity while minimizing holding costs.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in purchasing/procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for purchasing and inventory management.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and quality standards for manufacturing components.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience with international sourcing, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for strategic sourcing insights.
