Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Install, commission, and relocate new and existing production machinery.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment history records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and company policies.
• Conduct routine inspections and calibrations of machinery.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• 2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
• Welding and fabrication skills (TIG, MIG, Stick)
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• HVAC/Refrigeration systems maintenance experience
• Precision alignment and millwright skills
