Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize production downtime.
• Install, test, and commission new equipment and machinery as required.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, during all work.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing PLCs and industrial control systems.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick).
• PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Valid certifications for operating forklifts or aerial lift platforms.
