Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Execute corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery, facility infrastructure, and utility systems.
• Install, modify, and upgrade new production equipment and machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), while performing duties.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems).
• Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting, including motor controls, sensors, and PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, stick) and basic fabrication.
• Prior experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or advanced electrical systems.
• Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
