Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, labor costs, and external services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Oversee urgent repairs and troubleshoot complex equipment failures to minimize production downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams on new equipment installations, upgrades, and operational improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience within a manufacturing maintenance department.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems common in manufacturing environments.
• Extensive experience developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and develop strategic maintenance plans.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CMRT (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician) certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or PLC maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with CMMS implementation, optimization, or advanced data analytics for maintenance planning
