Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures in production machinery and systems.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, or systems in industrial machinery.
• Install, align, and test new manufacturing equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for repairs.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and regulations during maintenance tasks.
• Document all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with preventative maintenance (PM) programs.
• Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in welding, fabrication, or machining for custom repairs
• Experience utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software
