Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials and components.
• Collaborate with production planning and scheduling to align material flow with manufacturing requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure quality, delivery, and competitive pricing.
• Direct warehouse operations and logistics activities for efficient material storage, handling, and distribution.
• Implement and monitor material cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality or delivery.
• Utilize demand forecasting data to anticipate material needs and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in materials management or supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for inventory control, planning, and procurement.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, demand planning, forecasting, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with global sourcing and international logistics.
