Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products (DFM).
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance production capabilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a production environment.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experience with PLC programming or automation systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Hands-on experience with robotics or industrial automation
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context
