Salary Range: $102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Oversee inventory management, logistics, and supply chain coordination.
• Develop and manage the operational budget, controlling expenditures and driving profitability.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing safety protocols, quality management systems (e.g., ISO), and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
