Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations.
• Coach, mentor, and train employees in continuous improvement tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring measurable results.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of CI initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Drive the standardization of best practices and optimized work procedures across production lines.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or advanced Green Belt with significant project leadership experience).
• Proven expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED) and problem-solving tools.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with a track record of driving data-driven improvements.
• Excellent project management, change management, and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
• Experience with automation technologies, IoT, or Industry 4.0 initiatives within a manufacturing context.
• Advanced Lean certifications or Master Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for process analysis.
