Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing operations.
  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop, manage, and execute a portfolio of continuous improvement projects from conception through completion.
  • Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and waste reduction throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful integration of improvement efforts.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in continuous improvement roles within manufacturing environments.
  • Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex improvement projects from conception to successful implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills to influence stakeholders and drive cultural transformation.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives or Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI in manufacturing).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Proficiency in advanced data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python/R for data analysis).
  • Experience integrating sustainability principles into manufacturing processes.
  • Multi-site or global continuous improvement deployment experience.
