Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and engineering positions.
- Oversee employee relations, including grievance resolution and disciplinary actions within the plant.
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with manufacturing safety regulations and labor laws.
- Coordinate and deliver safety training, compliance programs, and skill development for the workforce.
- Administer performance management systems, linking employee goals to production targets and quality standards.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to attract and retain manufacturing talent.
- Conduct workforce planning and succession planning for critical production and leadership roles.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance relevant to manufacturing operations (e.g., OSHA, FMLA, FLSA).
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning for production and skilled trade roles.
- Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture, including experience with unionized environments.
- Ability to strategically align HR initiatives with manufacturing operational goals and drive business performance.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety program management.
- Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment or with labor relations.
- Proficiency with manufacturing-specific HRIS and timekeeping systems.
