Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
• Process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and submitting related tax filings.
• Monitor inventory transactions and assist with inventory valuation data.
• Prepare basic financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and audit preparations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP Business One) and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation.
• Solid knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with inventory accounting and management.
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles specific to manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Understanding of manufacturing production cycles and related financial impacts.
