Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and industrial robots.
- Integrate automation systems with existing manufacturing equipment and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with automation hardware, software, and control systems.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including electrical schematics, software code, and operational procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for automation-related downtime and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) and machine vision systems.
- Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration.
- Proficiency in industrial data analytics platforms (e.g., OSIsoft PI, Ignition Historian).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Understanding of industrial cybersecurity best practices (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443).
