Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA.
- Program and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs) for manufacturing equipment.
- Integrate robotic systems, vision systems, and other advanced automation technologies into production lines.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex automation and control system issues to minimize downtime.
- Optimize existing automated processes for improved efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and project specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation systems and processes.
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Experience with industrial robotics, vision systems, and motion control systems.
- Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex automated manufacturing systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and relevant industrial safety standards (e.g., ISO 13849).
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Familiarity with IIoT platforms and data analytics tools for manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with specific robot brands or collaborative robot programming (e.g., Universal Robots, FANUC CR series).
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for Operational Technology (OT) networks.
- Experience integrating automation systems with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP.
