Salary Range: $119,000 - $168,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Manage the engineering budget, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure seamless product launch and operational excellence.
• Ensure all engineering projects and operations comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute the engineering roadmap, aligning with overall business strategy and manufacturing goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing).
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and relevant industry standards.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, automation, or advanced manufacturing systems.
• Master's degree in Engineering Management or a related technical field.
• Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
