Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues impacting production timelines or costs.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement of materials or equipment for projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization within manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects specifically within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lifecycles, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing automation.
• Experience in Agile methodologies or related certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
