Salary Range: $119,000 - $168,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.

  • Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D departments to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Manage engineering project portfolios, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline adherence.
  • Ensure all engineering designs and manufacturing processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic engineering plans to support long-term manufacturing goals and technological advancements.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Deep technical expertise in manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept through successful implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML, digital twins) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Proficiency with enterprise manufacturing software (e.g., MES, PLM, SAP, Oracle).
