Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Plainwell seeking Supply Chain Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing operations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering to ensure seamless product flow.
• Implement and maintain supply chain technology and systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in inventory optimization, logistics, and supplier relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
• Certification in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus
