Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
• Train new employees on company procedures, safety regulations, and equipment operation.

• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and perform basic preventive maintenance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing equipment and production software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
