Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Optimize inventory control processes, including cycle counting and discrepancy resolution, to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience implementing and optimizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse personnel.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in safety regulations and best practices within a warehouse setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, AGVs).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM or Oracle WMS.
• Project management experience, particularly in warehouse optimization or expansion.
• Bilingual (e.g., Spanish/English) to support diverse workforce communication.
