Salary Range: $102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mason seeking Value Stream Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and optimize end-to-end value streams to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream health and progress.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for value stream transformation and growth.
• Facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis within the value stream to address bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Manage resource allocation and budget for value stream projects and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and support for value stream objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and their application (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Experience with simulation or process modeling software
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency with statistical software
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
