Salary Range: $63,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
- Coordinate external training providers and manage training schedules.
- Maintain accurate training records and track employee certifications.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Support the creation and update of work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) for course deployment and tracking.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in training coordination or management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
