Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize value streams to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of continuous improvement initiatives within the value stream.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor value stream health and drive performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the value stream.
• Manage resource allocation and prioritize projects to align with strategic value stream objectives.
• Drive the implementation of Lean principles and tools across all stages of the value stream.
• Collaborate with functional managers to ensure alignment and support for value stream goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
