Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Zeeland that are seeking skilled Inside Sales Representatives. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects within assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives to close deals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lines (e.g., machinery, components, materials).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Sage X3).
• Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes or product lifecycle management (PLM).
• Prior experience selling technical products or solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical specifications or blueprints.
