Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage facility budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption.
• Supervise and train facilities staff and external contractors.
• Implement and manage facility-related projects, such as expansions or renovations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing facility maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
• Strong understanding of EHS regulations and compliance in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) implementation or optimization.
• Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM, FMP).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of maintenance technicians and facilities staff.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and their application to facilities management.
• Demonstrated experience in sustainable building practices and energy management.
