Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment support to offboarding.
- Serve as a friendly and helpful resource for employees regarding HR inquiries and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
- Collaborate with management on various employee initiatives and programs.
- Support efforts in talent acquisition, including resume review and initial screenings.
