Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations to ensure efficient production flow and adherence to schedules.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, order materials, and manage shop supplies to prevent production delays.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process, identifying and resolving deviations.
• Track production metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting on performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and sales, to ensure production aligns with company goals.
