Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and safely.
• Manage and mentor a team of shop floor employees, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control standards and procedures to ensure product integrity.
• Maintain and optimize equipment and machinery, scheduling regular maintenance and addressing breakdowns promptly.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
