Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects (DMAIC, DFSS) to improve quality, reduce costs, and optimize processes.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and project teams on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Apply advanced statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions.
• Drive the quantification of financial savings and business impact directly attributable to Six Sigma projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements within manufacturing.
• Develop and deliver Six Sigma training modules to build organizational capability.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making across operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex Six Sigma projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data-driven problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable process improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements.
• Solid understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Exceptional communication and change management skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• - Proficiency in statistical software beyond basic Minitab functions (e.g., JMP, R).
• - Experience in a specific manufacturing sub-sector (e.g., automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals).
