Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide production team members during shifts.
• Ensure daily production targets and schedules are met efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Promote and enforce strict safety protocols and workplace cleanliness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues and equipment malfunctions.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Report on daily production performance, output, and any deviations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control systems.

• Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting production issues efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to all safety protocols.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English)
• First Aid and/or CPR certification
