Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily activities of a team of manufacturing associates.
• Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor work quality and implement corrective actions to maintain standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate problems as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures relevant to manufacturing.
