Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and optimize predictive and preventive maintenance strategies and schedules.
- Utilize data analysis (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify reliability trends and improvement opportunities.
- Implement and manage condition monitoring technologies, such as vibration analysis and thermography.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new and existing manufacturing assets.
- Recommend engineering solutions and design improvements to enhance equipment reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve asset uptime and overall plant performance.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- 3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on reliability engineering or maintenance.
- Proven expertise in reliability methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Proficiency with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) and their application.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical analysis and utilization of CMMS data.
- Demonstrated ability to identify equipment failures, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI) for predictive modeling and dashboard creation.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent Lean/Continuous Improvement certification.
- Experience in the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML for predictive maintenance).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and present compelling financial business cases for reliability improvement projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant experience leading cross-functional reliability initiatives.
