Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, covering safety, operational procedures, quality standards, and equipment operation.
- Assess training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and feedback from production supervisors and employees.
- Design, develop, and curate training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules and optimal attendance.
- Deliver training sessions or oversee and manage external trainers, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, error rates, and safety incidents.
- Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, completion status, and assessment results.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies relevant to manufacturing training.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and align them with business objectives.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) administration and content development
- - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- - Certification in Instructional Design or Adult Learning Principles
- - Experience in developing and delivering e-learning modules or virtual training programs
